At CaseZo, we want you to love your new tech accessories. We check every product before dispatching it to you. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned.
Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Exchange Policy (7-Day Window)
We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy starting from the date of delivery. You can request an exchange if:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include:
- Your Order ID.
- A clear photo/video of the product (especially if it is damaged or defective).
- The reason for the exchange.
3. Reverse Shipping Costs
- Defect/Wrong Item Sent: We will arrange a free reverse pickup and ship the correct replacement to you at no extra cost.
4. Refund Policy
We primarily operate on a Replacement/Exchange basis. Monetary refunds are processed only in the following specific scenarios:
- The product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect, and you do not want a replacement.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during a Sale or marked as "Final Sale".
- Used items or items without original packaging.
- Gift Cards.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
