1. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

We know you're excited to uplift your gadget's lifestyle! We typically dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we do! You can choose to pay via Cash on Delivery at checkout. However, we offer special perks (and sometimes extra discounts!) for prepaid orders, so keep an eye out for those.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track it directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.

2. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your CaseZo product. If you receive a defective item or if the fit isn't right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

We primarily offer replacements or store credit for returns. If a product is out of stock or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect that we cannot fix, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

3. Product & Quality

Do your cases support MagSafe?

Many of our premium collections are MagSafe compatible! Please check the specific product description. If it says "MagSafe Compatible," you can snap your chargers and wallets right on.

Are the cases protective or just for looks?

We don't do boring, and we don't do flimsy. Our "Uplift" philosophy means you get the best of both worlds. We use high-quality materials (like TPU, Polycarbonate, Vegan Leather, etc.) to ensure your device is protected from daily drops and scratches while looking stunning.

Will the print/color fade over time?

We use high-grade printing technology and premium materials designed to resist fading and yellowing. However, all cases experience natural wear and tear over time depending on usage.

How do I redeem my Welcome Discount?

Welcome to the family! If you joined our WhatsApp Community, you should have received a unique code. Simply enter that code in the "Discount Code" box at checkout to get your 15% OFF.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
